How do I place an order (new customers)?
If you found something you wish to buy, first add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. When you are finish with your shopping click on the "Proceed to checkout" button. If you don't have an account please fill out your billing and shipping details, select the shipping method and click on the pay with PayPal button.
How do I place an order (returning customers)?
If you found something you wish to buy, first add the item to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. If you already have an account you can complete your order only by selecting the shipping method and clicking on the pay with PayPal button.
What are Daily Deals?
Daily Deals are exclusive time limited deals.
What are the payment options?
We support PayPal service that enables anyone to pay in any way including credit cards.
What is your shipping policy?
With standard shipping, your order will be shipped, and delivered within 7 to 21 business days from when the order is filled, depending on your whereabouts. Express shipping may be available, depending on the product and your location, in which case you will have your order within 7 business days from when it is filled. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with fulfilling your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped out. How can I track my order?
The tracking number will be sent directly to the email you provided upon creating the order once the order is sent.
Do I need to pay any taxes for my order?
Regulations vary and it is therefore your responsibility to check the local related laws and regulations before you submit an order.

What is your refund policy?
Where2Buy shall refund paid orders provided that (i) the customer has contacted the customer service prior to sending back the order, (ii) there is no policy limitation on such products – e.g. for example some products can’t be sent back due to their nature such as cosmetics or personal orders and (iii) the order is sent back in its original package without damage and not used - unless only a picture of the content of the order has been required by the Customer Service. ↑
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel the order provided the cancellation request is delivered before the order is shipped. The cancellation request shall be sent by e-mail to: customercare@where2buy.com
How do I subscribe to your Newsletters?
You can sign up for our newsletters on the home page. Just look for the newsletter sign up box and fill in your Email, First name, Last name and click on the “Sign me” button.
Can I send someone gifts from Where2Buy?
You can send your order to another person by simply selecting a different shipping address on the checkout page.

Making a Purchase
Orders may be made online using our secure card payment web site, alternatively please contact our sales team by mail - Please note our offices are open Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm If you require assistance with an order, payment or size query you may also contact us using the contact us option on this site
Payment
where2buy accepts payment by PayPal and all major debit and credit cards. Cards will be authorized and charged at time of order. Orders can be paid for by orders will be dispatched once the funds have cleared into our bank account.
Site Security
We use high and advanced security measures in order to make our website safe for our customers to use. All the transaction processing and sensitive details are encrypted by Paypal.
Shipping
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing the package tracking number
We offer two methods for shipping your orders from where2buy.com:
Standard – up to 21 business days from the sent day.
Express – 3-14 business days from the sent day.
Please note:
Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.
If your order is held up in Customs, it is our policy to ship out a replacement order, as a courtesy, at our cost. However, as this is done strictly as a courtesy for our customers, and as we have no responsibility or liability for what packages customs decides to confiscate.
If express shipping is not available in your location, you will receive an email from us advising you as such.
Refund Policy
Due to federal and local laws, we cannot receive products back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did not arrive or was lost - we will send another parcel or issue an immediate refund as per to your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding products. Some places might disallow such an export.
The cost of the express shipping will not, under any circumstances, be refunded. So while the reshipment of your order will be done entirely at our cost as a service to you, the express shipping charge will not be refunded.
